Refund policy
Last updated 5 August 2026.
- Thirty days, no reason needed. Write to support@podlaps.com within 30 days of a payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain, and we will not ask you to justify it.
- Test it before you pay. The free plan is not a trial that expires. It does verified copies, cover art and device clean-up on real hardware, so you can confirm Podlaps works with your headphones and your computer at no cost.
- If it does not work
- Refunded whenever you ask, in or out of the 30 days. A tool that cannot talk to your device is worth nothing to you, and keeping your money for it would be indefensible.
- If a feature disappears
- Podlaps depends on services we do not control. If one withdraws access and a feature you paid for stops working, you get a pro-rata refund for the remaining period, whether or not you are inside 30 days.
- Cancelling
- Cancel at any time. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and then reverts to the free plan. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of that period — ask if you want one.
- What a refund does
- It ends the paid plan. Nothing is removed from your device or your computer: episodes already copied stay where they are, and Podlaps keeps working on the free plan.
- How long it takes
- We process refunds within three working days. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank, and is usually a further few days.
- Statutory rights
- This policy sits on top of the law, never underneath it. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, and nothing here reduces it.
